Summary: Very nice hotel with a great service. There was an issue in our room, they accommodated and they were very understanding and helpful. The breakfast was delicious however, there wasn’t many options to choose from. Overall we had a great stay and felt very welcomed. Thank you!

Summary: On the first day at the reception, when I asked for help with the Wi-Fi, a rather overweight woman with a ponytail behaved very rudely and responded aggressively. Other than that, during the 10 days I stayed there, my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days. The breakfast staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-located near tourist attractions.
